It’s important that we follow recommendations from state and federal health officials and stay home as much as possible.

We are seeing cases of COVID-19 increase drastically as more testing becomes available. Do your part to prevent the spread and flatten the curve by staying home, and practice social distancing when you do essential activities, such as grocery shopping and picking up medications.

The latest number of cases and deaths can be found in the Chicago Sun-Times graph below:

ComEd is proud to announce a new competitive-grants program called ComEd Powering the Arts to support nonprofit arts & culture organizations in our service territory. The program will award grants up to $10,000 to help these organizations reach underserved audiences, including senior citizens, low-income individuals and people with disabilities. ComEd and its partner in the program, the League of Chicago Theatres, are accepting applications until May 24, which will be reviewed by a group of leaders in the arts & culture sector to determine the grantees. Please note: nonprofit organizations that have received grant/sponsorship funding from ComEd and Exelon are not eligible to apply.  Applications and further details can be found at https://leagueofchicagotheatres.org/comedpoweringthearts.html.
